Because customized products are created specifically for each customer, they may differ slightly from product photographs or digital previews.

may occur due to manufacturing, printing processes, screen settings, and differences between product batches.

2. Custom Orders

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all information before submitting a custom order.

This includes:

• Spelling

• Names and personalized text

• Shirt size

• Shirt color

• Quantity

• Shipping address

• Other customization instructions

Once an order enters production, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

We are not responsible for errors in customer-provided information.

3. Customer-Submitted Content

If you submit artwork, photographs, logos, names, phrases, designs, or other content for a custom order, you represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use and reproduce that content.

You agree not to submit content that:

• Infringes another person's copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights

• Contains unlawful or fraudulent material

• Contains unauthorized logos or branded artwork

• Contains defamatory or otherwise unlawful material

All original designs, graphics, photographs, logos, website content, product descriptions, text, and other materials created or provided by us are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Purchasing a T-shirt does not transfer ownership of our underlying artwork, designs, graphics, or intellectual property.

5. Customer License for Submitted Content

By submitting content for a custom order, you grant us a limited license to use, reproduce, modify as reasonably necessary for production, and process that content solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order and providing our services.

We will not claim ownership of customer-owned artwork merely because it was submitted to us.

6. Pricing

All prices displayed on our website are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, typographical errors, product descriptions, or other inaccuracies.

If an item is purchased at an incorrect price due to an obvious website error, we may contact you regarding the order or cancel the order and issue an appropriate refund.

Applicable taxes, shipping charges, and other fees may be added at checkout.

7. Payment

Payment must be successfully processed before an order enters production.

By placing an order, you represent that:

Custom products require production time before shipment.

Processing time is separate from shipping transit time.

10. Shipping & Delivery

We ship orders to the address provided by the customer at checkout.

Customers are responsible for verifying that their shipping information is correct.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

• Shipping carriers

• Weather

• Natural disasters

• Incorrect addresses

• Postal service disruptions

• Customs delays

• Other circumstances outside our reasonable control

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times are generally outside our control.
